Devlog - October 3rd 2021


Welcome to the first devlog for Ozone Wipeout on Itch.

My week was split into various topics. I finished preparing and setting up all social media presence for the game and already started using some of them. Feel free to follow the game on any you’d like to. Apart from the social media presence I have done more tweaks to the visuals of the game and tested a police station building idea. Like in the past weeks I also did further research and planning on new modules for the spawning system which should be complete soon and allow me to start with the implementation of those modules and share them with you.

Notable tasks this week:

  • Finished social media accounts and started using them
  • Created and tested simple police station building idea


  • Tested sidewalks for the suburban roads (WIP)
  • Researched & planned more spawner modules
  • Lighting & interactable outline tweaks
  • Integrated game time simulation with crafting functionality (previously worked with real time)
